Do I need an appointment?

Yes, this is a guided tour for your safety and the safety of our animals. You will be supervised at all times.

How many people can I bring?

We keep a strict number of participants per tour. Encounters have a strict limit on people as well. Any additional people will be turned away.

Question 3

What happens if I’m late?

If you are later than 15 minutes after the start of your appointment you will need to reschedule; there are no refunds.

When should I show up to my appointment?

We understand some people have a long drive and may show up earlier to ensure they beat traffic, please stay in your vehicles until 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

Weather Permitting Policy

We understand how frustrating it is when we have to reschedule due to inclement weather, however the safety of our animals and guests is the most important thing to us. Unfortunately everything is outside; we will reschedule you for the next available time slot for your party. There are no refunds.

If it's storming or raining day of we will reschedule, if the rain is scheduled to stop by the afternoon we will cancel the first tour and reschedule, then the second, then the third in hopes to keep reschedules minimum for all involved. We understand schedules get tricky to align however we will honor a reschedule up to a year from the date cancelled due to weather.

Is this handicap accessible?

Yes, however, it is a working farm with sand and dirt. We will do our best to accommodate as needed.

Do i get a refund?

Accepted Answer

There are no refunds. We are a small business and all money that comes in goes directly to the animals. If your tour was cancelled we will reschedule you to a different day with no extra charge. Please be mindful this is an all outside experience so it is weather depending. We try our best to communicate any issues through email or text asap.
