Cancellation Policy

WE DO NOT REFUND ANY TICKET FOR ANY REASON. Our cancellation/rescheduling policy allows customers to cancel their scheduled appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled time. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee may be charged. Thank you for your understanding. To cancel or reschedule your session with Workhorse Farm, please log into your account. Click on "my bookings" to view your scheduled bookings and follow the prompts.
